1. Eligibility for Returns:
• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to personal care items, perishable goods, and intimate apparel.
3. Returns Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through orders@inishowencoop.com.
• Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and affix the RA number on the package.
• Send the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.
4. Refund Policy:
• We will refund the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
• We may require supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund for the damaged or defective item, including any applicable shipping charges.
6. Store Credit and Exchanges:
• Inishowen Co-Op offers store credit or exchanges within 30 days

• Online purchases can be returned in-store
